I bought this for my upper back and shoulders but it's actually been best for neck pain relief. It's great to microwave the pack and use the heat therapy to reduce the tightness in my neck area.

After boxing class my shoulders and upper back are sore. If I don't use the soother after my class, I regret it the next day because I'm so much more sore.

I fell a while ago while running and tweaked my upper back. It's gotten better but the pain comes back when I run. After I run I lay down with the Soother and it relieves pain within minutes.
